I’ve gotten every Warzone Nuke reward since the beginning, never received this from any of them. My friend thinks you need to kill a player with plutonium without shooting them. Does anybody know how to unlock it?

Possibly a reward for the Champion’s Quest on Rebirth Island.
Also note that there’s a ton of emblems from MWII that have no way to be unlocked but still show in the list
Could be one of those
