Sooo I was casually playing onslaught containment when I finished an elite round this happend I was so confused having the game since launch I’ve never seen anything like this could this feature be something in the next cod zombies?or is this just a bug that never been fixed

This is a leftover from Black Ops 4, particularly Blackout mode. That’s the only mode where you have attachment drops like this, as you pick up base guns then add basic attachments to them by looting.
This is from the ColdWar blackout 2.0 map that never was. These attachments used to pop up in die machine sometimes too as a glitch when you opened the coffin dance reward box.
The devs had Blackout 2.0 ready to go, but Activision shut them down and forced them to focus on other things. With the success of Warzone there was (UNFORTUNATELY) no need for blackout anymore, so Treyarch re-used the blackout 2 map as Fire team dirty bomb MP maps as well as Outbreak zombies maps. All the areas from outbreak were POIs for Blackout 2 that were going to be merged together in 1 big BR map. Really unfortunate because blackout >>>>warzone.
