Shooting through walls sounds way more menacing, considering that if you upgrade tech weapons the electrocharged shot from Breakthrough will hs crit for 4k damage.

I’ve never actually used it. It doesn’t benefit from cyberware all that much, and very hard builds need that synergy. It definitely helped for panams next mission though.

The best gift I’ve received from Panam as Fem V. It doesn’t matter what build I’m going for. It’ll never leave my loadout. Once I’m perched up on a good spot, *no one can hide from my sight.*

Overwatch and Breakthrough are the only two sniper rifles you need. One takes out enemies silently, the other goes through schools

This is a great sniper rifle for enemies with 1 health bar because you can headshot with one shot silently.
But as you progress through the game, you will encounter enemies with 2-3 health bars and you wouldn’t be able to kill an enemy with one headshot silently. Need at least 2 shots to take them down.
This used to be my go to gun but now it isn’t.
Depends on how you play the game as well. If you play stealthily, this gun is good for enemies with 1 bar but a no go for 2-3 health bar enemies.
If you don’t play stealthily, you don’t even need to use this sniper rifle, there are way better sniper rifles.

used to love Overwatch but i find its nowhere near as effective in stealth as running around in Optical Camo with Her Majesty and Pariah. Breakthrough is a blessing on long range netrunning cause you just ping and bolt shot away

Ehh, I would say Breakthrough is the best overall. Some Goon hiding behind a wall? On a different level? No problem for Breakthrough! Especially with fully specced tech perks!

It’s never been viable for me not powerful enough and you can’t snipe from far sadly I tried a 300-400 metre shot many times does not go that far… looks nice though and it’s from the best girl:
