I honestly wouldn’t recommend going with an AIO at that price point. No matter how cheap, it’s unnecessary and adds extra points of failure. You’d be better off with a 30$ air cooler. Especially since you have a rather low power CPU. Use that money to upgrade something else, like the CPU or GPU or just save it altogether.

If your going for a build like this I would highly recommend getting on the am4 socket as you can upgrade up to a 5700x3d Wich has the performance of lower 7000 series CPUs, also if I am correct I think amryzen CPUs are better then 10th gen at the same price for gaming.

Personally, I’d try to get everything used, with the exception of storage. Not sure about your local used marketplace but you can save more money going this route. Just make sure the parts you buy are reputable brands, and also to test them before buying.

You could build that for 400$, at 530$ you can get at least a 6700XT, probably you could even squeeze in a 3600 instead of the 10400 for the extra upgradabilty.

1. 10400f is not good for CS2, go for Ryzen 5500/5600
2. You don’t need 500 series motherboard for 10th gen intel cpu. If you’re going for AMD you can go with A520.
3. Ram can be used since they have lifetime warranty
4. Don’t need an AIO for 65w chip

You need the best processor you can get for your budget if you plan to play cs2 on it. GPU really wouldn’t matter as much, you will be fine with something like rx6600

My recommendation would be to go for 5600x/5700x/5800x second hand, whatever you can find at good price would do great job for cs2/valorant/league(cpu based games), also go for air cooler since you are on budget, there is great air coolers around 30-40$. About GPU 5700xt is fine, b550 msi and you are good to go.

I’d recommend a new 12100f and B660/B760 Mobo, you can get both for around $200 USD or possibly less, and you can save money on a CPU cooler for more wiggle room with used memory and a GPU.

Try and find a 11th cpu if you can for around same price (11400f) it will unlock pcie 4.0 in your motherboard!
If you cant, check your motherboard model to make sure it supports 3200mhz ram, some Lga1200 motherboards dont

You do not need an AIO. The 10400f is a rather low wattage chip. Get a 30 dollar air cooler or something and it’ll be fine. Also go with non-RGB ram to save. Saved money can go into a better GPU.
