It is nice oc. I made 54ns on 5800x with similar timings. Cant say about differences of standard and 3d version.

Might be able to push tRAS 21, tRC 36 and tRDRDSCL/tWRWRSCL 2/2. Not sure how big a difference it would really make from where you are outside of synthetics like PYPrime and Y-Cruncher though.

If this is B-die, which it almost certainly is, you can go so much further with the timings. Also, even with the tune you’ve done, tRDWR and tWRRD are unusually high.

Yes this is on the decent side but you have gear down mode ( in short it adds latency 1T > 2T > 1T GDM ) also note x3d has some extra ~5ns latency over non3d because it has larger cache so it spends more time cycling it.
