Hi there, I was planning on over clocking my gpu but…
I bought a new gpu and a new psu. All new cables.
Installed both connecting using new 3 x 8pin pcie cables.
I used occt for a stability and a benchmark test.
Over 2 hrs Test resulted in zero errors.
I then tried MSI MSI kombuster and then cinebench2024.
Both tests instantly killed the entire system dead.
I also tried a steam game and that also killed it within seconds.
The PC would not restart until I pulled out the motherboard power cable and then put it back in.
Temp readings are all normal.
The only time I've seen an issue like this was after I had over clocked my gpu and or CPU during a demanding game….
- Please advise….?
Thanks
