The only marvel game ppl will get excited for is marvel vs capcom 4. Let capcom use characters that are important to the legacy of the mvc series and don’t force the MCU down our throats like mvci.

Oh, I’m in the closed alpha for this.
It’s such a straight up overwatch clone it’s ridiculous. The only difference being it’s all 3rd person.
I only played one match so far, but the art, game design, everything feels like such a knockoff of overwatch.
Roster’s pretty big though, and not too rough around the edges in polish. It’s just 5 years too late to enter this market.
I’ll hop on game after work more and answer questions if anybody’s curious

Man, Marvel must like putting out flops. It’s like they see what Insomniac has done and go “naw, that’s clearly not what players want!” When in fact, that’s what most of us want; solid single player games based on the heroes we love. Maybe throw in some coop every so often.
But this kind of shit? It’s a dime a dozen in a thousand different skins. Plus, it’s a REALLY hard genre to break into. How many Hero Shooters have actually done well?
