Gods forbid. B&W was conceptually interesting but undercooked. B&W2 was worse than 1. B&W3 will be a buggy mtx-ridden dumpster fire.
That said, with machine learning progressing the way it is i would love to see what kind of “teach your pet to eat trees and throw rocks at villagers” kind of game is possible nowadays.

It’s games like this I would prefer a faithful remaster over a sequel, rather than let devs throw their own ideas into an already perfect game and usually some form of monetization…

The second one was one of my favorite games. I remember playing this all the time. My computer was not the best at that time, but still this game looked gorgeous. Long time ago.

BW1 was considered one of the flagship games to incorporate some sort of AI learning in its gameplay. Imagine a new BW game with all the current Ai advances we’ve had. Add in VR and insert “shut up and take my money” meme for me.
