I'm noob so this is the best I could achieve with a 240mm AIO.
CPU: 12400f.
Mainboard: B660m PG Riptide.
Ram (pretty trash): Corsair Vengeance RGB RS 3200 CL16.
BLCK frequency: 128mhz. CPU core at 5120mhz (1.35v). Cache frequency at 4736. Ram 3200 CL16. Cinebench R23 15458 multi, 1981 single.
Anyway I could improve?

Throttling at 140w? Re mount your aio repaste and max pump speed
