BO2 Super EE Navcard Help

My friends and I are trying to do the Super EE for BO2. Person 1 and 3 have completed the TranZit EE, but Person 2 has not started the Super EE yet. I understand that the lights on top correspond to the Navcards, but I am confused as to what they are saying as Person 1 and 3 have done the TranZit EE together- but have different light bulbs on top of the box.

Person 2 cannot aquire the Buried Navcard when searching in the Navcard’s spawn location. When he approaches the TranZit table, he gets the message “that’s the incorrect Navcard!”. What does Person 2 need to do in order to progress in the EE?

Also are there any tips on how to complete the Super EE? Can other people help those who have not completed the map’s EE yet?
