It’s images like this that are causing outrage over rise of the ronin, the attention to detail in HFW is amazing and just adds to the immersion.

I’ve enjoyed it and it looks great. Is anyone else bothered because the story isn’t voice acted anymore? In Zero Dawn all the story pieces to fill in live were voice and feel like it’s a big step back.

The no mans land is really fascinating, all the machines and tanks that battled not to mention the giant horus titans being up close. Seeing it from the daunt was amazing.

On my 32:9 screen at max graphics it looks incredible. Sound is top tier too. Character renders. Everything about it is amazing.

It’s not that the game is more beautiful than say Cyberpunk. It’s that the game is optimized to that you can play it with the highest settings on average pc’s, which means that more people get to see the beauty!
(It’s also of course very beautiful in itself)

I just looked at the pc reviews and got me hyped a bit. I will try to 100% zero dawn and get all the achievements before playing forbidden west.
Immediately after installing and playing through the tutorial i was shocked by how beautiful it looks. I wonder how big of a difference is forbidden west

This game was definitely slept on graphics wise. For years people have lauded RDR2, TLOU2 or some other games as the best looking graphically(rightfully so), but the moment I got to play this game it was a no contest.
I spent almost 10 hours on that first location just because I was constantly staring at every pebble, every sway of grass, every freakin ripple on that river. And boy Let me tell you, you ain’t seen nothing yet.
