IGPU or restart it enough to get in safe mode. In safe mode you can clock your GPU all the way down and see if it fixes things. AMD GPUs are pretty notorious for these things so it’s either a brick or underclockable machine. Also since the image error is static, you could check the cable.

I had this when reinstalling drivers. I managed to do a driver install with these visuals and it disappeared.
