I know very little about pcs my friend helped me build mine here are my specs/bench speeds.
My main concern is the severe under performance of my ram and id also like to get better performance out of the gpu but im nervous to try anything.

Please use something other than userbenchmark going forward. Not the greatest or most useful benchmark comparison.
On the ram front, do you have XMP enabled in the bios? Just open task manager and see what it reports you ram speed as to check. If it’s not either 6600Mhz or 3300Mhz, XMP is off, and it’s running under the rated speed.
On the GPU front, I doubt you need to. You’ll probably be CPU bound anyway. If you really want to, install afterburner, max the power and temp limits (should give you 10% ish more performance on its own), then start turning up core and ram clocks until it isn’t stable. You can also tune the volt-frequency curve if you want to gain even more performance and keep temps down. You’ll need to look up a guide for that tho as I’m unfamiliar with the V/F curve tuning.
