There is no world where a female US Soldier would be wearing her BDUs with undergarments. That is incredibly disrespectful and disgusting.
Secondly, nothing about this is cyberpunk at all. In fact, it just reads like a ripoff of Blackwater’s shenanigans during the Iraq War. There’s also no unique commentary – we’ve known about war profiteering since Smedley Butler’s War is a Racket.
