Asterisk – “Trimming The Herbs”, the final level on the list, has not technically been beaten, alongside several other levels in the past.
However, the creator of this last level came out and confirmed they only uploaded it in the first place because they used a TAS to beat the Clear Check. Other levels that have been skipped in the past were likewise proven to be hacked or cheated or just otherwise not uploaded by human skill alone.
Not saying this “doesn’t count” or anything, it absolutely counts and it’s a massive achievement. I just think it’s an interesting story.
