So I covered with clear nail polish and some electric tape will this be good enough ?
I also spilled some lm on back of the CPU on gold plates by taking off the IHS.

Definitely looks like Liquid Metal spilled on the contacts
Just wipe it off with isopropyl alcohol
This is gonna sound stupid but try using a tiny bit more liquid metal to remove the liquid metal from the pins. It might’ve “dried” if it sat for long enough and a tiny bit more should get it flowing again so it can be wiped up with some isopropyl
