Looking to re-create this load out but can't find the harness or bags anywhere but I'm wondering if they have a real life equivalent or not? Besides the mp mag pouches ofcourse. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

It isn’t a real life chest rig, but it does use MP-40 magazine pouches. If you have any basic skill with sewing canvas it would be easy to make
