My gigabyte 4060 ti gaming oc also have this led flickering when shutting down pc. Initially, I was worried then i used slow mo cam to record down what is going on, turns out its just led flickering

Have a 4070ti gaming oc version mine does this too. There is a led on top of the bios switch on the pcb. That led light up for a split second before shutdown. Hope this helps you with your concern.

I looked up close up pictures of that card, there is an LED next to the PCIe plug on that card, take out The GPU and take a picture of the backside of it next to the PCIe plug, we will be able to see the LED clearly.
My roommate has a Gigabyte RX 6750XT and it does this same thing. As others have said it’s an led. Or rather, we thought it was, then I saw this post and now I’m overthinking it lmao.

It’s be good to show pics of it out of the system and showing that area of the board to see if there are burn marks from arcing. That would signify LED flicker or actual electric arc

My gigabyte 3060ti does the same when powering off. It’s the Power leds on the connector that Op is seeing, not a spark.

Don’t worry I know what to do here, the solution is to just not turn it off.
It’s not a spark. There’s an LED above the power connector that’s meant flash if there’s an issue with power.
