I’ve done a few sponsorships for this game on twitch and legitimately this game is just overkill as a roguelike. I told them after the sponsorship that they outta try to get in touch with speed runners because this game is made for them.
It has rocket jumping and I love it for that

Kinda sad that the positive feedback is getting downvoted as some kind of ad. this game genuinely shocked me with how fun it was. Its definitely trying to be a good shooter with tight controls before being a roguelike as well.
People are downvoting before even looking at the game in a thread about people sleeping on a game.
That moment the first thread you see on r/gaming praising a game, and anyone saying it’s fun or good gets downvoted for….suspected promotion….from an account that’s only ever mentioned it here, once, and you realize this sub is full of mouth breathers as suspected.
Anyway, I like roboquest, obviously it being a roquelike makes it slightly harder to love because one mistake and you have to play over cautious for way too long for what the game wants you to do, but it’s a great time.
Other games that are slept on are: Trepang2, Turbo Overkill, Reaver, Icey, Deadlink, Cultic, Force Reboot, Hyper Demon, Assault Spy, Herald Of Havoc,House of the Dying Sun, and Post Void

Eh, I played it and the entire time I kept thinking I could just be playing Gunfire Reborn instead and having more fun.

I love robo quest. From early access to now the game is a banger.

The games good, op is excited about it. Calm down.
It’s not slept on. It’s got pretty polished game play but 3/10 on roguelike elements. The items you get don’t really change your run. Once you beat a run on the hardest difficulty, you can probably do it again.
Doesn’t have the variety that Isaac/Hades has.
