Some lighting behind your monitor/desk. Doesn’t have to be RGB, even some warm yellow lighting could make it really cozy.
Monitor looks somewhat older, compared to the rest of your setup, so maybe upgrade that when you get a chance.

My dog also sits underneath my desk. I have a similar setup to you except on the left hand side. I don’t have drawers just table legs. I am able to slide everything over to the left and leave enough space underneath the desk for the dog to lay. Everyone is happy.
