I have completed the pass, I have reached level 100, I used remaining rp on the rp chest, I have 45 left, would activating the activity chest go up considering I’m already done or would it just be useless and should purchase at start of season

Wait until the next season starts. Because if you purchase it now you’ll be unable to get UC back – it’s unlikely you have enough uncompleted RP missions.
