Hell Divers 2 did something similar. 13ish (or 17) gigs download and then installed it took about 70 iirc.
In what fucking world is 70GB a small Game? Witcher 3 was like 25GB or something.
Given that it’s running on RE engine it’s not surprising, most of the recent Resident Evil games are around the 30gb mark. I always thought that was incredibly impressive considering how good they look, particularly in the case of RE Village.

It seems like all of this is just clearly manufactured events to keep DD2 in the news cycle for the next 10 days lol. Trickle out something to talk about every few days for news and streamers to talk about.
