Should this number be this high? I’m trying to overclock my ram a bit. How are these voltages looking? I set SoC voltage to 1.25v, fclck is at 2167mhz, ram running at 6000mhz, using buildzoid timings. I can’t seem to get it to run any higher then 6000mhz stable. If I put it at 6400mhz it blue screens immediately when windows boots. But my main question is, is that vddp voltage way to high?

Yes, DDR5 spec for VPP is 1.8v.
PS – we use HWINFO, HWmonitor is not accurate.
Also CPU_SOC of 1.2 is fine with memory 6200 or lower. Should lower your cpu temps a little
