helping set up ww2 on a new ps5, and this old online glitch came up. she cant select her first division. it ends in a headquarters glitch, unplayable. does anyone know how to fix this? would it matter if it was bought digital?

Just hard reset the game close it out and re open it. It’s not multi-player breaking takes a couple minutes to fix lmao
