I work at an Amazon warehouse, and periodically throughout the day these little thirty second exercise prompts will pop up on my screen. You can pick between physical and mental, and it either gives you some stretches or some guided breathing respectively. The other day this was the mental option. (Reposted because someone pointed out there was some personal info that could be seen in the original, and Amazon is always on the prowl)
