Needs to be a mega union spanning multiple companies. Individual unions per company are not going to get you much leverage, but the threat of all gaming companies being shut down will make them wake up.

I’m sure Activision executives are looking at the cost to outsource all QA now.
Good luck competing with game companies from China and Eastern Europe when you have to pay all of your testers a California salary.
