I’ve been dealing with carpal tunnel/wrist pain for years and have had to modify my activities in almost all parts of my life to keep the pain in check. This is how I have adjusted my gaming setup so that I can play even fairly high-reflex games (FPSes in particular) without damaging my wrists further. This is both a hardware solution (using two switch controllers) and a software solution (using reWASD to make them behave like a single xb360 controller in PC/steam games). This only works with PC games, but is that such a huge limitation?
I’ve been using this setup for over a year now and it’s really helped.
