In celebration of a month and date that resembles the name of a video game character, I present excerpts from an ancient copy of [MARIO MANIA](https://i.postimg.cc/Ch682ydb/muriomania.png) – a guide to all things Mario, included FREE if one could pester their parents into getting a 12 month subscription to Nintendo Power™
So let’s settle the age old question of which Mario is the fastest^in1991
It’s the Mario 3 one.
[In an introductory page](https://i.postimg.cc/1sXC4Pp1/murio-meet.png) we have a cute diagram and a whimsical article about the plumber’s humble origins, along with a vaguely threatening mention of “…a feature-length motion picture…”
If your first Mario movie was the 2023 one, you don’t know how fortunate you are.
Finally, we have a [Q&A section with none other than fabled game designer Shigeru Miyamoto](https://i.postimg.cc/syxDc6S9/murioqa.png) wherein he says, “I don’t know if there will be another game in the Super Mario series…”
Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins releases the year after.

I love Mario the way I love Palworld, you know? A comforting, tested standby that’s always fun, just challenging enough, and well made. Games like this are what keep me running, fueled for all the adventures I’m ready to jam on. 😎

But hey, that’s just a Theory
Now do Composite 2D-Mario vs Composite 3D-Mario
“Too bad, get in”? What? Why did you that? I’m confused
And this must be part of why SUper Mario Bros 3 feels so good to play.
