Smasher. He would either decimate him with missiles that a lightsaber would just make explode on impact. Or he would sandy and tear him limb from limb

  2. Interesting because they have so much in common. Both ruthless warriors who are addicted to killing and believe chrome is superior to organic.

Grievous from the live action movies would get insta killed. Lightsabers don’t mean anything when you’re fighting someone who has a sandevistan. Slowing time is just too overpowered, especially to someone who isn’t a force user. I can imagine Smasher making fun of him for hanging onto his failing organic parts.

Grievous from the 2003 Clone Wars animated show would get flattened as well, but look much cooler doing so.

  3. oh-hi-there-420

General Grevious would win if it’s legends Grevious but if it’s Canon Grevious, Smasher wins

  4. TerminalThiccness

Smasher would rip his hands off before he could turn his lightsabers on.

  5. vi______________

The chad smasher vs the virgin skinny grievous

  6. Dveralazo

Depends on how fast a jedi fights. Because that would give you an idea of Grievous speed and if he can land a hit with his lightsabers first.

  7. WazaPp123

    Smasher wins.

    The real question remains:

Adam Smasher vs Frank Horrigan, who wins?

  8. VerticalLamb

Grievous is such a bitch in canon. No clue why the fuck they made him a coward

  9. TheRyderShotgun

General grievous has been trained in the jedi arts from count dooku

  10. Economy_Following265

Adam Smasher, and it’s not even close. Grievous could deal a decisive blow and kill Smasher easily, if he was able to close the gap between them. Smasher’s a walking arsenal armed to the teeth with ballistic firearms and missiles that would blow Grievous to pieces if he tried to deflect them. Not to mention his Sandevistan would put his speed and reaction time on par with some of the strongest Jedi, however he’s missing the disadvantage of being locked to close engagements.

  11. ___---_-_-_-_---___

Let’s not forget Smasher has Sandevistan, he will just dash behind Grevious and rip him apart

  12. CHEEZE_BAGS

I would be interested to see what people would say if this was posted in the star wars subreddit.

Grievous can attack 20 times a second, even with a 90% sandevistan, I don’t think smasher is that fast. Maybe if he used a katana and specced into it.

  13. teh_stev3

    Smasher.
Lightsaber aint going to counter all the arms he has, which is SO many.

  14. smasher if you mean the one wilding nothing but lightsabers

tho if you take him in his prime where he did not have sabers and could still take down jedi then it might be more even

  15. thirdpartymurderer

It depends on the sub you posted on lol. Here? It’s definitely Adam Smasher. Prequel memes? Grievous gets a sandevistan in his collection.

  16. snipe320

Lmao Grevous would get shrekt. 4 lightsabers are meaningless against sandy

  17. HavenTheCat

I’d say it depends. Close quarters Grievous might have a chance. But Smasher has that sandy and the heavy artillery like missiles that would destroy Grievous. Lightsabers can’t defend against that at all. I’d put money on Smasher every time, but there is still a chance Grievous could win if he somehow got close enough without getting blown up lol.

  18. rye_domaine

I think it’s closer than most people here think. Grievous has similar manoeuvrability to V, or even better in some cases. Smasher doesn’t have any sort of recourse against a lightsaber, if grievous gets the swing in, Smasher is cooked. Sandevistan would level the playing field but I don’t think it’s an instant win for either.

  19. serbeardless

Depends. Did Grievius invest in netrunning skills?

  20. irrelevanttointerest

If smasher chooses gun, then smasher no diff.

If smasher chooses blade or fist, smasher mid to high diff.

We’re talking about a scenario where both encounter each other blind. Smasher definitely initiates the conflict, probably not using sandi at first because that’s a trump card cyberware. So he goes for an attack, grievous flares up like a cobra, and then things get dicey. Smasher might lose an arm, grievous probably would take up a defensive stance with his sabers to counter the sandi, but ultimately smasher has (a warped sense of) time on his side and finds a way through.

In the gun scenario, lightsabers are canonically useless against kinetic weapons because all you’re doing is showering yourself in high speed, molten lead if you try to use deflection.

  21. Dumbass1171

The real question is how strong would Grievous be with the sandevistan after he beats Smasher

  22. Smasher, light saber can’t block bullets, missiles nor flame throwers

  23. 1337K1ng

2004 Grievous can kill several trained Jedi Knights at the same time with ease and can 1v2 Masters

Clone Wars series Grievous can escape force users

Comics Grievous can kill several trained Jedi Knights at the same time or 1v1 a master

RotS Grievous can kill a Jedi Knight 1v1

Grievous is a tactical genius and an escape artist

  24. Alex_Qu1zich

I would chose Adam. Bcs he has an arsenal larger than General Grievous

  25. Bubbi-Jo

I think the one of the only advantages that Smasher has is that he uses real bullets, something that Grievous can stop, and with Smashers enormous firepower it may be that Grievous armor can stand up against it.
With that said, Grievous would probably be able to overcome a sadevistan as he is one of the most accomplished jedi hunters and is trained to go toe to toe against powerful force users.
It would probably be very close, but i think Smasher would take it.

  26. One smashes, the other one cuts. How do you smash light that cuts?

  27. TheRealNoxDeadly

Smasher smokes him, he’s got too many weapons plus sandy

  28. Silent_Reavus

How is this even a contest. With his speed alone Smasher wins. That’s not even considering his strength z durability, or armaments.

  29. Max-Powah

Smasher. I still don’t see how Grievous bodied ANY Jedi. Why not just force crumple his armor in on itself so he’s just a little sardine in that shit? Boom. Easy.

  30. Like17Badgers

matters on how far apart they start. Grievous clearly has the weapon advantage up close cause of the lightsabers, but lightsabers are particularly awful against bullets(bounty hunters would use live ammo instead of blasters when going after jedi cause if they blocked with a lightsaber the bullet would melt and shrapnel into them)

I’d say anywhere over 5 yards and Smasher has enough room to back up, Adam Smasher wins.
