There are many types of wrong here. Like, what the hell happened to your case?? Why is there a 24pin casually hanging out outside? Why is there pink tape everywhere? And perhaps the biggest issue is the psu on the outside!

Well that’s one nice crow’s nest here.
Reminds me I ran one of my Athlons back then just on top of my desk for like a year, there were more useful items to buy with limited budget than a case.
The power on switch was a ball pen through appropriate pins on mobo. Worked like a charm a there was zero issues with the airflow. Whole room was a case.

Why not just get rid of the case and put it open air on top of your motherboard case? I did that for a year and it was pretty chill.
