What about the sun hitting the screen directly? That’s awful for your eyesight and contrast. You are going to see every single speck of dust on it.
Plus, it’s too cramped, monitor too close to your eyes for comfort (I bet you get tired after a while?). Aim for 1 meter distance at least.
Vertical monitor should probably be to the left of the main one, your mouse there hints at where your hand will be, and with monitor placed like that you are literally sitting sideways to it.
Also, keyboard is where? Center it under your main monitor, at the very least.
Do you even sit and work there or is it just for display?

It could use a little length and definitely more depth. Too many plants for a battle station in my opinion. I honestly didn’t know what I was looking at for a second. Do you play games with jungle settings?

Distilled water on a microfiber towel (damp, not soaked) would go a long way towards cleaning up that landscape monitor. Nice plants, though.

You can still see the displays, and then you need more plants. Also, make sure to put there even more plants scattered around to make your overall movement as limited as possible, also looks like the vertical monitor is not getting enough direct sunlight, it’s important as it helps screen brightness.
