Genuine question: Does having an HDD in your system affect boot times even if it’s not your boot drive? Like it still has to spin up and everything. I saw some broken English post about it and there was no real conclusion.

Still have 13tb of HDD’s, but now they are only for plex, m.2 for everything else.

I used to do that, until I realized, with the fast connections these days, redownloading a game is faster than copying it from the HDD
