I am confused which one is the actual power that my CPU draws? CPU dances like crazy from few Ws to 200+, while the CPU package is more consistant, which can be seen on the graph.

Forgot to mention, the cpu is 7800x3d, the ram is 6000mhz ddr5 cl30 and i set the pbo curve to -28
