Hello guys, i have these rams 2×16 gb Gskill Ripjaws V Black F4-4000C18-16GVK. Can i tighten anything on it to make it faster? I mean can i keep 4000mhz with flck 2000 but mess with the timings a bit for the better performance? Tried to run it on 3800 with 1900 mhz flck but it did not boot up for some reason.

Yes, timings can be tightened on any memory IC.

Having an FCLK hole at 1900-1933MHz isn’t uncommon. Just be careful about running 2000MHz, look for WHEA errors. Other common problems include audio crackling and instability when PCI-E load is applied.
