    done it few times on laptops always applied LM on cotton buts and spread it that way it requires very little.

    I hate when this happens with thermal compound

    I’ve already had to give my NH-D15 it’s blood sacrifice at this point, just let me apply thermal paste without problems

    Why point it at an angle ? When I was applying liquid metal I always apply it straight down and then spread it on the die.
