I dont know too much about this but it clearly is a lot lower then a lot of results online using stock 4090&13900k.
I havent done any overclocking, its a prebuilt. Ive figured my fps was not as good as id expect in Hunt Showdown, so I got 3dMark to figure out if im correct. For work stuff its great.
Where would I start looking to find out why is the CPU underperforming?

I might be wrong but I think it’s power limited to 125w
Edit: nevermind, I just checked one of my results and it displays 125w by default

Check the detailed results. Maybe you thermal throttle. Check the BIOS for power limitations, just in case
