Occasional crashes with 7800x3D, suspecting PBO/CO as the culprit, how to troubleshoot?

PSU 850w Toughpower GF3 Thermaltake

Ram 32GB g.skill flare 6000mhz 30cl

CPU 7800x3D

It’s a new build and I’ve applied a generous -30 on almost all cores except 2 and 3 which gave me errors in CoreCycler, so both of those are at -15.

I’ve had CoreCycler running every day, for many hours and never gotten any errors except on 2 and 3, where I then decreased the negative voltage multiplier.

How can I go about figuring out what is causing the crashes directly? Because the times when I got errors in CoreCycler my PC didn’t crash. And all the crashes have been while almost idle, on Youtube or Reddit.

I’ve checked Event Viewer and there are no “WHEA” errors and when I go look at the system errors before/after the crash, it looks like this:

As you can see all the error messages appear to be AFTER the crash, so I’m not sure how to understand that?

Here are the specific errors:

First error: “Shutdown was unexpected”

Second error(Critical): “The system rebooted without cleanly shutting off first”

Third error: “Audit events have been dropped by the transport”

Fourth error: “Error setting traits on Provider {77811378-e885-4ac2-a580-bc86e4f1bc93}. Error: 0xC0000005”

I assume the first suggestion will be to just disable all the Curve Optimization, because it seems like it’s a power issue, but would an over-undervolted CPU manifest itself in a crash like this?
