I didn’t know how to upload the images and text together, so I’ll add this comment here. I was tinkering through my BIOS and these options caught my attention because my CPU shouldn’t be able to overclock as it doesn’t have a K in its name. Would changing these numbers brick my pc? Bring up performance somehow?

Play around with the settings and see what happens, you won’t brick the pc but it might not boot and you’ll need to reset the bios by clearing CMOS. Be careful with the voltage.
Since it’s a locked motherboard with a locked processor you won’t be able to do much. Maybe lock the cores to the all core ratio and undervolt a bit.

Your chipset doesn’t support overclocking either, so the options won’t do anything. Looks like the motherboard manufacturer is using the same bios for multiple models and someone forgot to remove/disable the overclocking menu.
