As a background, I have a Predator Helios 300 315-53 fitted with an Intel i5-10300H and NVIDIA RTX 3070. I had noticed that the fan was noisy to the point that I could try diving into undervolting. I haven’t had any experience undervolting, so I read some information on my end and found the same laptop with suggestions for the current settings I am running with.

I have some questions because I am really new to undervolting and asking what those do since I have a very general knowledge about the FIVR settings that I am running with, and I had just recently cleaned my fans on both my CPU and GPU fans.

Here is my [ThrottleStop FIVR](https://imgur.com/a/uDCWUo3) settings as of now all of which are -70.3mV. I had achieve a stable 50 °C (idle) – 85°C (Gaming) temps than my previous 70°C (idle) – 90 (°C)

The thing that I know is about the CPU Core settings which, correct me if I got it wrong, is just calibrating the CPU to take in less voltage, making it heat less. However, I am unfamiliar with the Intel GPU setting and CPU Cache.

It would be most appreciated if anyone answered!
