I think upgrading my CPU and Motherboard finally pushed my power supply over the edge lol. Don’t worry I already ordered a new one I won’t use it

    Get you a quality Seasonic vertex etc as a upgrade.

    If only that connector is melted, just use the other connectors. The PSU itself is likely just fine.

    Sometimes contact resistance increases to the point of thermal runaway like this, but it doesnt mean there is anything wrong electrically. I’d replace the cable as well obviously.

    the problem with the PSU is displayed on the bottom right of it, under where it says “SUPPLIES”

    CPU pins fried that? I thought it was GPU as usual.

    Remember that some PSU can be very long ( 5 or 10 years ) so maybe you could get a replacement for free ( you could keep it as spare or sell it to finance the new one )
