I pre ordered this game and I played it for a long time. Eventually I stopped playing it for a while, and I upgraded my console to the next-gen Xbox during this time. Now, I’d like to come back to this game but when I try to launch it it acts like I don’t own the game. The pictures are the proof that I did pre order it, along with the screen I get when I click that grey laugh app button on the Xbox message. It doesn’t launch the game. When I go to the game from the games & apps section, I see the third picture, and it tells me I don’t own it, and asks me to buy it again. Does anyone know what happened?

You most likely just pre ordered the base game, rather than the cross gen bundle. Sorry dude.
