Overclocking a GT1030 on a 180Watts PSU

I’ll give a some backstory before asking the question.

I’ve been working on a optiplex 5050 SFF as a small project; at first I bought an RX6400 LP; since my options were limited by my 180Watts PSU and the space between the PCIe slot. In theory the gpu only has a 53watts TDP so I could’ve work. Long story short it was to much power draw for the little optiplex :/

This time I though I should go safe and I’ve ordered a GT1030 (GDDR5 version). Since the gpu only has 30watts power draw; do you guys think my PSU would allow some light overclocking?

Here are the upgrades made as a reference:

GT1030 GDDR5 Gigabyte
16gb of RAM running at 2133Mhz
Some Samsung Nvme m.2
Some 80mm Nocturna running at 1800rpm
