5700xt gets no love? Unless the 1650 was cheaper

    Gtx 1650 = 2017 Radeon RX 570 (between GTX 1050 ti – 1060, 8gb version has same price tag as 1050 ti)

Nice upgrade. It’s going to be a fairly competent pc after the upgrade.

Nice little budget system. Have you looked at the cost difference in selling your 1700x to pick up a used 3600?

You get significantly faster single thread, slightly faster multithread, and significantly less power use which helps with that smaller power supply. You would also see much better 1% and 0.1% lows with your FPS which would stabilize and smooth out your gameplay.

Edit: also noticing that Ram is 3600 MHz which will run Expo settings a lot better on the 3600

Why the fuck would you buy a 1650?

Thats like one of the worst cards $$$/performance ever released…

I am selling a 1660ti for like $120 CAD, which is what $85 USD?

Thats the price of 1.5 new games…

I just don’t get people who skimp on hardware…

friend of mine has a ryzen 2700x, cpu is fast as fuck lol. her 1070 is starting to lag behind and the cpu still rips.

Gt1030 is not even a bottleneck. It’s a strangulation point.

Nice, I still remember going from a 750 ti to a 1050 ti, felt nice

What’s funny with AMD is that he could upgrade to a ryzen 7 5700x without changing his motherboard and be fine

i love how toxic this sub gets whenever someone spends under 500$ for a gpu. people donโ€™t get that not everyone needs to play games at max settings and not everyone has the same gpu prices

  15. Open_Aardvark2458

Good for you dude. So much hate on this sub.

Fuck the GT1030 that shit sux

nah but like why would they release cards lower than xx60. Isn’t xx50 or 60 like the lower end, why did they think we needed xx30 lol

Did you search for a GTX 1060 ? Better performance at same price

  18. RealBurley

Ive never seen a power supply mounted on the top, any advantage/or disadvantage to this?

  19. That is amazing, dude! Congrats on the upgrade!
