    You don’t get the recipe from the mission just a one time use napalm burst in your rewards stash.

    I think tier 1 or 2 contacts can drop it, just run some of those and hopefully the rng is kind

    It’s an acquisition, not a recipe. There’s a post about where to acquire every recipe, might wanna take a look.
