So I am a bit lost at the moment I just upgraded to a B650 the new Ryzen 7 7800X3D – 8 Core and the DDR5 Gskill 32 gb total, everything was working okay, I ended up over clocking my GPU and speeding up my fans to extreme but when I was playing overwatch and also using metal TV to get clips, the fans sounded a little bit too loud for my comfort, and I was scared that I was going to overheat some thing or something would break so I reset my overclock for my GPU when I’m playing overwatch now and watching a YouTube video the computer will just lag. I have all these different programs for overclocking and tuning and all that good stuff but at this point I’m not sure what to do to just get it back to normal and having it perform well. I hate to be that person but I’m just going to take some pictures and if you guys could just look at them and I could get your opinion, I would really appreciate it!

if you talking about the gpu :
when you overlck the gpu you need to watch temps in live with afterbuner or amd software or hw info in background… for undervolt overclock https://youtu.be/SnFmMGj9isw?si=zCFFE-abZB0ogD3m
amd 7000 gpu for overclock need to be undervolted, watch the video and try to understand the logic and do not copy settings from others 7800xt beacuse you silicon sample can be better or worse, try with steps like the video…. for fan curve you can change and adjust…
