Is it just BR – solos that doesn’t allow you to connect?
Have you tried to see if you can connect to other modes such as MP or different BRs?
What about restarting your router? Are you hard wired or connected via Wi-Fi?
Queuing into a lobby can sometimes be really slow in this game, but it never not connects (in majority cases). I ask all the above because there’s no way to diagnose your problem without knowing the answers to a couple of those questions.
Usuallyyyy when SB the ping will just hit 200 rather than being stuck on connecting.

I had the same problem past week when i had just downloaded cod and couldnt find a match, if you just downloaded cod via steam probably didnt got warzone because it is a “dlc”. Go the the game properties on steam and warzone will be counted as a dlc, mark the checkbox and steam will download it
