I’ve just purchased a brand new HP Omen Transcend 14 with the following spec:

* 32GB DDR5 RAM
This device brand new got a 3D Benchmark score of just over HALF what a gaming PC should achieve in 2023. Am I missing something here?
For clarity I have no experience with overclocking at all but expected a laptop with this spec to be performing at a much higher level. I don’t know if there’s any settings or throttling I currently have, any tips or advice would be much appreciated.

And how is it performing compared to other devices witj those specs? Its a laptop they always perform worse than dedicated gaming pcs especially if the manufacturer tweaks the power settings to have more battery life. You need to compare your score to other scores of this laptop
If you link to your result it’s much easier to compare and see if something looks funky…
