My new Rx 7900 XT Sapphire Nitro+ has a very low clock and voltage when running a 3dMark Timespy. Even though its utilized 100% and the power draw is at 350 watts, the voltage stays at around 850mV.
Why is that? Shouldnt it go as high as 1050 or so, since this is the limit i set? Its also not running too hot at 60ish degrees
