Am i reading this wrong or are my memory timings way off? 2x16gb ddr4 3200mhz corsair vengance. XMP enabled in bios, i never messed with timings yet

   tRFC is high but the other timings look normal for Corsairs crappy 16-20-20 kits

   What timings did you think the kit you were buying had?

   If you mean the memory clock it DDR means “Double data rate”, so you have to 2x it to get the 3200 MT/s.
