I used to have great performance. That was until my RAM failed because it was faulty. The place I got it from was out of stock for my exact model so they gave me a free upgrade to 6000 (originally 5600). Ever since then I have gotten bad performance in every game I play. I have been troubleshooting on various subreddits and all my clock speeds and what not were all good. I even just updated my BIOS to try to fix this issue. I ran a 3d mark score and got wayyyyyy below average. I am also still having the same low fps issues. What do I do at this point? Reinstall windows? I would really appreciate any advice.

Hi, the speed is not everything, how much CL difference between both? This matter too

Likely power supply not supplying your 3080 with enough (or stable) power. If it takes 3 8-pin PCIe you HAVE to pull 3 separate PCIe cables direct from PSU.
Also check load clocks and temps
What’s the exact 3080 and PSU?
